Cannot add product on the Quote after R12.1.3 upgrade.

We just created our  1st R12 instance and are in process of testing it.

In HTML Quoting module, we find that there are no products available to choose from on the quote.

I have followed Cannot find items to add to a Quote [ID 340933.1] and thinking about creating SR.

IS there anything we missed during upgrade, which caused this?
