EnterpriseOne applications portlets

Hello,
I am totally new with WebServer Framework. I would like to incorporate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne's portlets on WebCenter. To do that, how can I do it?

I have seen that exists Oracle Portlet Developer Kit (PDK) to develop new Portlets with JDeveloper. And on the other hand, with FDA from JD Edwards is possible to create new Portlets too. So I have a question, if I want to create a portlet exactly the same functionality of a JDE's application, how can I do it?
