Email Excel Out Put To concern Person

 Hi

I developed BI publisher report by  using report 6i.The report Output is in EXCEL Format .To generate Report Output by Default  in Excel format ,I wrote One Plsql Program (Used Add Layout Function) this it is  working fine.I am adding some logic in that Plsql Program  to send email with attachment to concern person and its working well.  

Actual issue is unable to get email attachment in Excel format .

Please provide your inputs on this.
