PO Error FRM-40654 Re Query

 Hi - One of our buyers is trying to modify the price on line 2 of PO 8001251. She gets an FRM-40654 error that the record has been updated and to requery the block to see changes as soon as she tries to edit the price. If she requeries the PO and tries to make a change she gets the same error. The PO is incomplete so it shouldn't require a revision to do this. Another buyer tried to access the same PO and got the same error. We had the DBAs look to see if there was a record
