Remote JDE users cannot print to local printer

Hi All,

is it possible to print the JDE reports to local attached printer of remote user pc. remote users are accessing our JDE through terminal server and they want to print the reports on their local printer directly from JDE.

i tried myself and checked the printer option from remote desktop option but it is not showing my local attached printer when i am accessing jde remotely from home.
