DBMS_SCHEDULER "chain" job, metadata arguments

Having a  chain defined and want to pass the job name to the corresponding programs in the chain steps. The question is if we have two jobs running at the same time using the same job chain will the arguments still be valid, ie. will the second jobs argument overwrite the first job's?
