Regarding Assignment Rules

Hi

    Initially I have created one Rule Group in the Service Request Assignment Rule. My role is "administrator" and I have created few members in the User Management and Access Control and given the roles to them as service rep, administrator, etc.

    Now while defining the rule criteria in the rule, based on the SR status, I assigned the particular SR to one of my members in the group.  It should send a mail to the particular member if it meets the condition, but in this scenario assignment rule is failing and is defaulting to rule group owner which is myself. For every new SR creation Iam getting the mails but they are not reaching the person to whom it is assigned.
