Sharing Standard Costs across Organizations - Discreet Orgs

 Where is the Costing Control setup for Sharing Costs across different Organizations setup? Is it the same as Item Master Org -- Costing Method  and linking all other Organizations with Standard Cost method to this Item Organization, or is there a different setup to link child orgs to Master Org for Standard Cost setup purpose?
