inovice in OKS

hi,

11i vision instance, I could see AR transaction source as OKS_CONTRACTS, does this mean can we directly create inovice in OKS and interface to AR, I was under imprerssion as events gets generated in OKS and this will initiate invoice in PA and from project billing invoice will be interfaced to AR.
