UDA fields for Projects

Hi,
I need to migrate UDA fields for already created Projects.
For that we are planning on using the API

PA_PROJECTS_PUB.LOAD_EXTENSIBLE_ATTRIBUTES

however i was not sure where to pass the project id for API.
Can anyone please give me a sample code for the implementation of the API where i need to migrate the UDA at project level.
