Failed to create global table specs for F988662

 Hi All,

i have issue with workflow, receiving following error. the workflow is active but it is not working no body is receiving approval messages. before upgrade to 8.98.3.4 it was working. i dont know what i need to do. i purged all records from workflow process but no luck. can anyone help me.

standard workflows are working fine, only problem with customized workflows:
