query realated to fixed asset upgraded journals in r12

 For journals created before an upgrade from R11i to R12, when drill down from GL journals to subledger, old R11i view accounting form shown, instead of the self service HTML subledger accounting form.But for the newly created lines,we are able to see the new web page.

Is this issue intended?
