zpool disappears after system reboot

Hi All,
I have two zpools created on LDOM. zpool which contains root and other file system gets mounted after reboot. Another zpool which hosts data file system doesn't get mounted after system reboot.If I run zpool import zpool_name then it gets mounted successfully. Following is the zpool get all zpool_name command ouptput.
