Latest patch number for 11g grid control

  Hi all,

 

i am using grid control 10g and i want to install 11g, i was installed 11g version (11.1.0.1.0) but that is not stable product so i want to upgrade grid contol and want to apply patch 

my question is what is the latest patch for 11g grid control and is it stable now for production.
