Consolidation-'Transfered balances' status is 'Obsolete' but no batches are available for Transfer

 Hi,

We are in 11.5.9 of oracle applications, we have one issue, during consolidation the status is 'Posted' and Transfered balances is 'Obsolete', but when we are trying to transfer data through 'Transfer consilition data' it is displaying as 'no batch is available for transfer' and also when trying to select batches through 'Select batches'  no  new batch is available.

Cany any one help us what could be the reason.
