asmca failed to create +ASM instance on Oracle Linux 5.6 x86 with 11gR2

using two installation mode : 1 installation and config a standalone server  2.install only +asmca to create asm instance all get the same err. any one can help on this err? Thanks a lot !
ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/product/11.2.0/grid
ORACLE_SID=+ASM

I am using "asmca -silent -configureASM -diskGroupName parthin -diskList ORCL:PARDISK6,ORCL:PARDISK7,ORCL:PARDISK8 -redundancy NORMAL -sysAsmPassword manager -asmsnmpPassword manager" and got the err message

configuring ASM failed with the following message:
Configuring HA resource failed. The following error occured:
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.asm
CRS-5011: Check of resource "+ASM" failed: details at "(:CLSN00006:)" in "/u01/app/product/11.2.0/grid/log/lhmss092/agent/ohasd/oraagent_oracle/oraagent_oracle.log"
