View Burdened Costs window

 Hi,

Can the View Burdened Costs window be used to query the Burden Cost calculated for a specific transaction?

The user guide stated "Use this window to view the total burdened cost for particular project transaction criteria. You can also use this window to test your burden structure and burden schedule implementation. " but is not clear for me because I cannot query an specific transaction in this form.
