Purchase Receipt records not getting created in F43121 because cache is cleared in 9.0

 Hi, We just moved to E1 9.0.
We have an issue with the Receipt file F43121 not getting created when User runs Multiple sessions.
Does anybody have documentation related to this issue with a solution.
