LCT file for Oracle Payments (IBY) Payment Process Profiles (PPP) configuration.

 I am trying to find the LCT file to migrate Oracle Payment (IBY) PPP configuration from one instance to another (DEV->Test->Prod) using FNDLOAD command.  Any one familiar with moving PPP (and PPR templates) with FNDLOAD.
