Physical Inventory in a Project Environment

My client is live in a project manufacturing environment and we are planing for their first Physical Inventory.

We are using physical locators with a virtual project extension, which is standard functionality.  Our locators look something like LOCATOR_A.PROJECT1. We may have material in LOCATOR_A.PROJECT1 and LOCATOR_A.PROJECT2. Both are in the same physical locator, they just belong to different projects.

If we create a Physical Inventory and generate/print tags, we will get a tag for the first locator and one for the second.

The counter comes to LOCATOR_A and sees a certain quantity in the bin.
