Getting error while creating Credit Transactions.

Hi,

We are getting following error while creating Credit Transactions

"This action has been blocked to avoid inaccurate accounting entries. Please contact Oracle Support"

We are getting this error while we log in with OM responsibility and not getting it while log in with AR responsibility.

Can anyone help me in resolving this issue?
