WebADI makes the already existing live Apps session to expire.

Hi,
In SSO enabled R12 Upgraded instance, if I upload data via WebADI, it makes the already existing session to expire.

Previous to the r12 upgrade, the SSO enabled 11i instance doesnot have this issue.
In 11i, I believe that was controlled by the profile option BNE_NEW_SESSION.

But after R12, even though the profile option BNE_NEW_SESSION is set to "NO", it is not working fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
===============
1. Download and Save the WebADI spreadsheet for "General Ledger - Journals" in the local desktop
2. Later, Open the Instance freshly and keep a session live.
3. Now when you open the Local Web ADI spreadsheet saved and try to upload the data
