SIA 8.0.x to 8.1.x upgrade path

Hi.
I'm currently evaluating upgrade scenario from 8.0 to 8.1, but cannot find definitive information. Logically, this upgrade should be much easier than 7.8 to 8.0, but i cannot find any hard evidences. No i can't find a comprehensive list of differences between 8.0 and 8.1. I would really appreciate some advices.
