Closed PO's showing in GL but not in Projects

Hi

Anyone help with this query.  If we have a closed PO with an encumberance balance remaining it still shows in GL but no longer shows in Projects.  I have been told by a 'consultant' that there is a 'flag' that when set will mean the emcumberance will show up in projects.

Can you advise if there is in fact a flag that does this and if so where I can find it?  Alternatively is there a simple way to show closed orders with a remaining encumberance in projects PSI?
