could not setup window host preferred credential after upgrade to 11.2.0.2

 Hi Everyone,
I am having difficulty setting up preferred credential for our dbconsole after upgrade to 11.2.0.2. Our server is on window platform. we had no problem before upgrade when it was 10.2.0.4.

I get the error when testing connection:

connection to host.domain as user oracle failed.

the password was definitely correct since that is what I used to login to the window server.

Does this have anything to do with ACL?
