Mobile Sales Assitant Error Blackberry Urgent

Hi, Someone in the company downloaded the Oracle Mobile Sales Assistant in ehr Blackberry, but she cannot access to the application.
She enters her User Id and password, the same she uses to access the CRM in the Computer, and in the computer, she can access but in the blackberry application she can't.

She has a Sales Role, and another user, that has the administrator role, already access de Mobile sales Assistant without a problem.

So why can't the user in the sales role access the Crm through the Mobile Sales Assistant?
Is there a privilege that she needs? Which privilege?
