Problem in Customer Creation

Dear Experts

Create Button is not visible at customer form in Vision database. I have tried with Receivables Vision Operations (USA) & Receivables Manager but create button is not visible at both responsibilities. Please tell me what is the problem and why this is not invisible. And how can i solve this issue.
