Clone DB from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5

 I currently have a 10.2.0.3 DB on Windows 2003 R2 64bit and I want to move it to a Windows 2008 R2 64bit server. We can't go to 11g yet  because of a purchased app and our systems folks would like to have Oracle on Windows 2008 R2. Oracle 10.2.0.5 is certified on Windows 2008 R2 64bit but 10.2.0.3 is not.

Can I use RMAN's Clone DB to clone the 10.2.0.3 database to Oracle 10.2.0.5?
