UK PAY: End of Year Changes 2010-11 - NI Question?

 We are about to load the UK End of Year Changes 2010-11 - patch no. 11074926. 

Part of this patch includes changes to:

NI_WEEKLY_ERT

NI_MONTHLY_ERT

NI_YEARLY_ERT

However, I cannot find these in the balances.  Can anyone advise why?
