unable to attach an OU to Intercompany Org in the AGIS Organizations window

 I can see the I.C org & the LE associated with it(in the AGIS Organizations window). I am also allowed to Enable "Yes" for the intercompany. infact the OU is also dispalyed in the LOV. but when i try to attach an OU i get the following error message.

"Row 1 Error - The following SQL error occurred: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called."

Can any one kindly help
