OTL: Supervisor Dashboard

Hi

I´m implementing OTL R12 and it´s the first time I see the Supervisor timecard dashboard. My problem is that I can hardly find any information about it in the userguide or at My Oracle support. Can anyone direct med to any documenation about it? Some of the questions I have is :

How do I create my own report layout (there is one predefined)?

Is there a way to "drill down" to the actual timecard from the dashboard?
