PeopleSoft Punchout - Remote server could not be resolved error

Hi,

We have a issue in PeopleSoft punchout where the initial and request and response are going to success and the supplier start page is loaded. We caneven add items to cart. When we click on submit order the vendor is having a remote server could not be resolved error. This happens when their code tries to post the punchoutordermessage.

 

Any inputs on this will be of great help.
