Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Performance issues after moving from OAS to Weblogic

We are facing performance issues after moving from OAS to Weblogic.

How can we make the performance better? Java Client takes lot of time to load and overall performance is very poor.

We have not using any proxy servers. Do we need to configure a proxy server?
