New Contact Type in iSupport

I have earlier posted a question whether we can add a new contact from iSupport and the answer was No....So I was looking at the option if we can add a new contact type in SR which can be used in iSupport...
Today, when I go to SR form and try to add contact the only option I have for contact type is Customer and Employee which I believe is from lookup CS_SR_CONTACT_TYPES....I would like to add a new contact type called End Customer so that once populated in SR will be used to identify End Customer Contact in iSupport
