listener still listening on random port on IPv6 address. Can you explain why and how to disable it?

Having Oracle 11.1.0.6 and  AIX server and I start the listener with only IPv4 addresses, and I don't have any IPv6 addresses in /etc/hosts. The listener still listening on random port on IPv6 address. Can you explain why and how to disable it?
