Question re: ADDM finding

I reviewed an ADDM from about 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and noted this Additional Finding: "The database's maintenance windows were active during 100% of the analysis period."

I checked the maintenence windows and they were not active during the day... they have not been modified since installation.  Could this finding be due to a manual run of an Advisor such as SQL Tuning Advisor?
