Run monthly report with first and last day of last month as parameters

hi
i have a report with two date parameters: start date and end date.

is it possible to schedule this report as follows:
- runs monthly
- on the first day of the month
- using the first day of the last month as value for the start date parameter
- using the last day of the current month as value for the end date parameter

i am using bi publisher 10.1.3.4.1
