How to Re-hire an Employee in R12.1.3 with the same Employee number

Hi,

Is it possible to Re-hire an Employee in R12.1.3 with the same Employee number? If yes, how to do this?

The scenario would be like this:

An Employee created on, say, 1-Jan-2010, with Employee number, say, 1000. The Employee is terminated on, say, 31-Dec-2010. This same Employee is re-hired on, say, 1-Feb-2011, with the same Employee number. Can someone tell us how this is handled in EBS R12.1.3?
