ODBC connection from MS-Access 2007 Oracle 10g Windows 7 64-bit

I am moving through my punch list in a move from 9i to 10g which is used primarily to host our Facility Maintenance Data for our public school district.  I have been able to get most of it done but have stumbled on the ODBC solution from a 10g client on Windows 7 64-bit platform.  I am able to connect to the database through the facility management app from both the 9i and the Win7 64-bit client.  The steps and results I have taken are. Setup TNSnames file and then could open the third party application provided I remember the domain
