PDX Exporting Error

Has anyone seen this error or know hoe to resolve the problem.  Anytime any one of my users tries to export a PDX package of any size, they all get the following error.
"java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: INITIAL_COLOR; nested exception is: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: INITIAL_COLOR"
