Adding taxes to an upgraded tax regime for Use Tax.

  Our company is using the upgraded EBTax regimes created during the R12 upgrade. We have several new taxes that we would like to add to the use tax regime. I have not been able to do that successfully. Is it possible to add new taxes to the upgraded use tax regime or do I have to create an entire new regime to replace the upgraded use tax regime?
