Need Simple Checklist for Pre and Post Migrate 11.5.10.2 Projects L with Web Project Mgt with Fin Pl

 Does anyone know if  there's a simple checklist of pre-and post Project L 11.5.10.2 configuration/pre-migrate and post-migrate steps  with   to M RUP 4 Steps/Considerations?

Also need to verify if Project Performance reporting is necessary to preserve existing L functionality (web based budgeting, baslining and forecasting for very simple capital project fin plan structure)
