Setting up Australian Timezone

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest how to setting up Australian Time zone in Quoting/Oracle sales?

My requirement is if an user from Australia is loged into the system and creating opportunity/quote then it should reflect Australian Timing rather than IST. How to map it?
