Unable to view/raise SR on Support Page

 Hi-
I'm tying to raise an SR, but when I log-in to My Oracle Support, I just see the 'Setting: Personal and Administrative' tab.

There is no way to navigate away from this, no other tabs, nothing in 'Help', nothing located within the tab.

What have I done? How do I get the old SR view back?
