Usage of AWE

I run Oracle 10g on Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition. The Machine has a physical Memory of 15GB. The Database has grown and users as well. I have been attempting to utilize the AWE put has not been successfull as the system gives the error below:-

ORA-27102: out of memory
OSD-00034: additional error information
O/S-Error: (OS 8) Not enough storage is available to process this command.

I have setup the /3GB /PAE in the boot.ini

I have setup the AWE_WINDOW_MEMORY to 1073741824

The Pfile is as Below

*.audit_file_dest='D:\oracle\product\10.2.0/admin/PREMIA/adump'
*.background_dump_dest='D:\oracle\product\10.2.0/admin/PREMIA/bdump'
