P097031 Question

Hi,

I ran the P097031 and it returned entries with Ledger Type PA & PU and with Subledger.  In reviewing one of the records it appears that it is a outside processing PO that didn't have all of the items received.  The amount listed is the amount of the entire PO.  The WO and PO are closed.   There are also other PA & PU entries with out subledgers and I assume they are the same thing - items that have been partially received.  What is the best way to clear these records from the report.
