Hello,

I'm trying to secure our EM dbconsole (databse control).   I'm able to configure the emkey.

when I go to secure the dbonsole,  (emctl secure dbconsole),  it gets as far as Generating the Enterprise manager root key, but then it aborts saying Failed to create Enterprise Manager Root Key.  

Any idea whata the problem would be? Or what to check for?  Does this generate a log file somewhere?
