Metric w/ = Comparison Operator, how to specify multiple Critical Alerts?

Streams Process Status - Default alerting is Warning = DISABLED, Critical = ABORTED.  The comparison operator is =.  How would I change this for both DISABLED and ABORTED (or not ENABLED) to  Critical?

It is possible to add a process/process type, but that would still only allow one critical threshold per stream.
