is there anyway to create a single OMW project of multiple ESUs?

Now a days I am applying several ESUs on  DV900 environment. These updates are also required on other environment. Instead of using application "P96470 - Electronic Software Update" to apply ESUs on other enviornments, I want to create one single OMW project and then advance this project to other environments.
But adding of individual objects in OMW project is a tedious task.
Is there any way to add bulk of objects in OMW project (as we select multiple objects during Package Build )?
