How to modify the Prorate Date ?

 Our FA calender is not natural month, we use this calender for prorate convention too.

1/Jan~24/Jan is for January,  25/Jan~28/Feb is for Feb, but the prorate date for January is set into 31/Jan which is belong to February,after running depreciation ,the depreciation amount went into February, and we found we have the same mistake for July. Is there any one can help us to modify the prorate date for July?
